Position: Japanese Application Developer (SAP ABAP HANA)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications
- Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications
- Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
- Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
- Document technical specifications and development processes
- Perform system testing and validation procedures
- Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications
- Involvement in project work for various SAP modules
- Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations
- Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
- Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
- Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
- Must be able to speak basic English
- Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
- JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
- Must have a technical language and knowledge of SAP ABAP on HANA development
- The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills ABAP on HANA development, HANA CDS Views
- Open to apply who have experience in these other related SAP skills: Reports (ALV, Interactive ALV, etc), Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, etc), Enhancements (UserExits, CustomerExits, BADI, etc), Forms (SAPScripts, SmartForms, AdobeForms, etc)
- Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
- The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
- Applicants located in Japan can apply
