Customer Service Representative(Voice International Account)

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Process orders, applications, forms, and requests.
- Document interactions and update customer accounts in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company protocols.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions or upsell/cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers effectively.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
- HS Graduate or College Graduate
- with or without experience
