Customer Service Representative (Voice International Account)

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, billing, etc.) to address customer needs.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- HS Graduate or College Graduate
- With or without experience
