Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a qualified and motivated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment and sourcing of applicants
• Conduct initial interviews and applicant screening
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Handle employee relations and HR concerns
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist with attendance, interviews, sourcing and other HR-related matters4
• Perform other HR duties as assigned
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• With HR experience is preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment and employee relations is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work [On-site]
• Location: City Center, Executive Plaza PITX
