Recruitment Specialist

Description - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and skill competency.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: A passion for working with people and understanding their career aspirations.
