Position: Influencer/Affiliate Specialist
Type of contract: Independent contractor
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Affiliate & Influencer Specialist based in the Philippines to help manage and grow our affiliate and influencer programs. You’ll be supporting the launch and optimization of campaigns through platforms like Rewardful and FirstPromoter, helping to scale our partnerships with creators, affiliates, and influencers.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage affiliate programs using Rewardful and/or FirstPromoter.
Recruit, onboard, and communicate with new affiliates and influencers.
Track affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
Coordinate payouts, analytics, and performance reports.
Research and identify high-potential influencers and affiliate partners.
Support influencer outreach campaigns via email and social DMs.
Keep everything organized in spreadsheets, CRMs, or affiliate dashboards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Prior experience with affiliate platforms like Rewardful, FirstPromoter, or similar.
- Familiar with managing influencer relationships and affiliate campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to keep track of multiple programs and partners.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Bonus: Experience using tools like Airtable, Slack, or HubSpot.
