- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in operations management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits to operational facilities.
