HR Operations Manager

• Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.

• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams and managing client accounts with strategic planning
- Mentoring junior staff to foster their professional growth
- Overseeing project success by upholding exceptional standards
- Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve quality outcomes
- Utilizing Human Capital systems such as Workday and TalentLink
- Implementing and improving HC processes and procedures
- Managing and enhancing the use of Service Now and Snapshot
- Demonstrating leadership and accountability in various tasks
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of Human Capital or PwC Experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Working knowledge of Human Capital processes and systems
- Coordinating between business users, software vendors, and IT
- Understanding vendor platform technology possibilities and limitations
- Identifying and recommending efficiency improvements
- Collaborating with vendors on future design releases
- Providing recommendations for centralization or alternative delivery methods
- Managing workload to balance capacity across the group
