Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring service quality, and meeting operational goals while supporting international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of assigned teams
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and service level targets are met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to team members
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite at TP Silver City
- Amenable to graveyard shift
- Open to supporting US, Canada, Australia, or UK markets
- Able to start immediately is highly preferred
- Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire
