Position: Operations Manager – Furniture Customization & Design
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the furniture customization and design business, while leading the creative and design aspects of custom furniture projects. The role ensures that projects are properly planned, designed, coordinated, produced, and delivered according to client requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the furniture customization business.
- Lead and coordinate custom furniture design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and review creative furniture concepts, designs, and material selections.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, suppliers, installers, and clients.
- Review design drawings, specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, aesthetically appealing, and production-ready.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Handle client consultations and translate client requirements into customized furniture solutions.
- Coordinate with production regarding design feasibility and modifications.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational or design-related issues.
- Develop and improve processes for design, customization, production, and project execution.
- Support business development through creative concepts, showroom displays, and customized furniture proposals.
- Ensure that all projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.
