- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle inquiries, providing accurate information about services.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and maintain visitor logs.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Job Title: Front Desk Officer
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills; ability to drive is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent service.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
