Restaurant Guest Service Officer

This job posting is for a RESTAURANT GUEST SERVICE OFFICER at a high-end Vietnamese casual dining restaurant. The role focuses on blending authentic Vietnamese culture with 5-star hospitality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Act as the first point of contact, greeting and seating guests with the poise of a luxury concierge.
- Service Excellence: Efficiently manage table service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Menu Expertise: Provide detailed descriptions and pairings for traditional Vietnamese items (e.g., Pho, Banh Mi, and specialty cocktails).
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and feedback using professional "front-desk" diplomacy.
Job Requirements
Professionalism: A polished, sophisticated appearance and a welcoming, "hospitality-first" mindset.
Communication: Fluent and articulate, with the ability to explain complex flavor profiles.
Experience: Preference for candidates with a background in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or premium dining.
