- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal guest experiences.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, adept in CRM, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and assist guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
