Job Summary:
The Company Driver / Concierge is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests, staff, and official items as needed. During periods with no driving assignments, the role transitions to Concierge duties , assisting guests with inquiries, luggage handling, and basic front service support. This position ensures smooth hotel operations while delivering excellent guest service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Driver Duties
- Safely drive hotel guests, staff, and official documents or items as assigned.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper condition, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights) before and after trips.
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel driving policies at all times.
- Maintain trip logs and report vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Concierge Duties (when no driving agenda)
- Assist guests with arrivals and departures, including luggage handling.
- Provide basic information on hotel amenities, nearby establishments, and transportation options.
- Coordinate guest requests such as taxis, directions, or simple errands.
- Support the Front Desk and Security teams during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate .
- With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Company Driver; hotel or service experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with routes within Manila and nearby cities .
- Courteous, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
- Physically fit, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules , weekends, and holidays.
- Preferably residing near or within Sta. Cruz, Manila .
