HR Payroll Assistant

Responsible for processing employee payroll, including salaries, overtime, and deductions. Ensures accurate and timely submission of government contributions (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), maintains payroll records, and assists with basic HR tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field
- With experience in payroll or HR (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Familiar with payroll computation and timekeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Can handle confidential information
Responsibilities
- Process payroll (salary, OT, deductions)
- Handle government contributions and reports
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with HR-related tasks
