Buffet and Catering Specialists OPC
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the HR team to implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual compensation and benefits budget.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
