Recruitment Specialist

Description - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of candidates to identify potential fits for organizational roles.
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Willing to work on-site in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms, HR tools, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
