We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer (IT Support) to provide expert technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across our organization. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and supporting end-users with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor IT systems performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems, including servers, networks, and application issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT support staff.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and support services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
