- Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/ building terms
- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/orNon Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
- Prepare and submit letter of intent, brand profile, and other leasing document
- Conduct site evaluation and ocular visit to assess location suitability, accessibility, visibility, and feasibility
- Coordinate with key developers regarding available spaces and leasing opportunities.
- Strong verbal and writing communication Skills
QUALIFICATIONSl
-Must be proficient with microsoft applications (Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Knowledgeable in business correspondence.
- Bachelors degree holder
