- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Provide product information, upsell, and meet/exceed sales targets
- Handle transactions accurately (POS operations)
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Build strong customer relationships and collect feedback
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 6 months of sales or customer support experience (retail preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
