Description - Oversee lease agreements and manage tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to uphold property standards.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management or leasing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required during peak leasing times.
