Description - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their ice cream selections.
- Prepare and serve ice cream products, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including ice cream machines and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and keeping track of product freshness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, personable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Working Conditions: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
