Description - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their selections.
- Prepare and serve ice cream products and other menu items to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
