Client Service Staff (Makati Area)

We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Staff to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to Market Participants. The successful candidate will handle user management tasks and assist during User Acceptance Training to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical and non technical support to Market Participants
- Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
- Assist during User Acceptance Training sessions
- Document and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Relationship Management, or related fields
- At least 6 months of experience in a service desk or customer service role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.
