Join Us as a Business Assistant (Client Liaison) – Remote!
Are you a detail-oriented communicator who loves turning complex project data into clear updates? We’re looking for a Business Assistant (Client Liaison) to be the bridge between our residential clients and project teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate Gantt charts and project schedules into clear, professional client updates
- Spot delays before they become issues and alert the Residential Manager proactively
- Maintain organized client folders and logs in Procore and our CRM
- Draft empathetic, reassuring emails to clients about project milestones and site activities
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in project coordination or high-level administration, ideally in construction or engineering
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Exceptional written English and ability to turn “construction-speak” into clear updates
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset
