Job Summary
WorkFil is expanding! We are looking for 50 dedicated Virtual Assistants to join our platform and support our growing list of international clients from the United States, Australia, and Canada .
Whether you are an experienced VA or an administrative professional looking to transition into remote work, we want to hear from you. We offer competitive pay based on your background and the opportunity to work with premium global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to international clients.
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules across different time zones.
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and basic research.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, chat, or video calls.
- Perform task-specific duties (Social Media Management, Bookkeeping, or Customer Support) based on your niche.
Qualifications
- Experience: Open to all levels (Entry, Mid, and Senior). Salary is commensurate with experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (crucial for US/AU/CA clients).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Zoom/Slack.
- Equipment: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional laptop/PC.
- Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: PHP 25,000 – PHP 75,000+ (Based on experience and specialization).
