Senior Account Executive

Job Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of B2B/ICT sales experience, preferably with a proven enterprise and/or government sales track record.
• Proven ability to develop complex opportunities and consistently deliver quota.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling enterprise, key accounts, and government clients.
• Strong understanding of the ICT solutions and technology sales environment.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise, key-account, and government opportunities, including accounts such as PhilGEPS and RA 9184-related opportunities.
• Apply challenger selling principles to identify customer needs, create value, and position solutions competitively.
• Own accounts and key-account plans, driving expansion, cross-selling, and retention.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Mentor Account Executives and SDRs and contribute to overall sales team development.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting and accurate pipeline management, particularly for large and complex deals.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity development through negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to develop solutions and proposals that address customer requirements.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
