Cleaning Operation Manager

- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage and train cleaning staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and measures to enhance operational productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address and resolve any operational issues.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
