Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies.
- Provide guidance to the operations team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Support training initiatives to enhance team skills and ensure consistent application of operational procedures.
- To conduct Facility Maintenance, Inventories, Merchandise Monitoring
- Review spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Ensure that branches are following established processes.
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple locations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Engage with customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related area
• With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields
• Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills,
• Knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail.
