Operations Manager/Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high standard of service and efficiency.
- Manage and train staff to maintain exceptional customer service levels.
- Implement and monitor food safety compliance measures in accordance with regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial health of the restaurant.
- Utilize project management tools to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in operations management or supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management tools and software
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of restaurant operations and quality assurance standards
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage budgets effectively
