- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns on-site.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
