Accounting Supervisor

- Perform tax compliance reviews and prepare accurate tax returns.
- Ensure timely filing of local, state, and federal taxes.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and changes.
- Assist in audits and resolve tax-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with finance teams to maintain accurate records.
- Provide recommendations for tax strategies and savings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and financial management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Receivable and Payable, Financial Management, General Ledger, SAP, Reconciliations, and Bookkeeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage financial records, and conduct reconciliations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential flexible hours; teamwork and individual contributions required.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and integrity.
