Position: Order to Cash Operations Manager

Location: NAGA, Camarines Sur
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 95,000 negotiable
Schedule: Night shift
Work Set up: Hybrid

Job Requirements:
- Open for bachelors and non-bachelor’s degree
- Open for CPA or non-CPA
- With at least 6-7 years of work experience in finance and Accounting
- With at least 5 years of work experience managerial role
- With experience in operations management for at least 8-10 years
- Amenable to work night shift
- Can start as soon as possible is a big plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Identifying the process improvements to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Drive transformation initiatives, managing change effectively to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
