The Human Resource Training and Development Associate / Officer is responsible for planning and strategic execution of training, culture building, and employee engagement programs to all employees, in service of fulfilling both short-term and long term goals of the Company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or its equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection or Training and Organizational Development.
- Exposure in other facets of Human Resources is an advantage.
- Organized and excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
