Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in payroll processing, employee onboarding, and administrative support. You'll manage records, handle HR documentation, and ensure a seamless employee experience for both new hires and tenured staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
