Recruitment Officer/Specialist

Description - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities to enhance decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
