Regional Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting, finance, HR, payroll, and administrative operations across the region.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and inventory data to support business decisions and performance improvement.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage administrative functions, including IT coordination, office support, insurance, and asset administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and regional initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Accounting and Administrative team to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, within retail or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, HR processes, and regulatory compliance
- Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
- Proficient in managing accounting operations including store-related financial processes and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and inventory data review
- Experience overseeing administrative functions, IT coordination, and office support
- CPA license is an advantage.
- Background in insurance coordination and asset management is an advantage
- Strong leadership, team management, and workforce planning skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Experience participating in management and cross-functional meetings
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Must have experience in F&B, FMCG, Food Retail industry.
