Area Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits, review operational performance, and discuss findings and action plans with Store Managers.
- Provide support and guidance to newly opened stores to ensure adherence to standard
- Ensure effective implementation of local marketing and promotional activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and documentation between stores and the regional office.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business conditions within the assigned area.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and staffing of store personnel.
- Train and develop Store Managers while ensuring the effectiveness of store-level training programs.
- Manage leave schedules of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to support
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, fast food, or a similar multi-site operational
- Strong people leadership with 3+ years of experience managing store managers and teams.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new store openings
- Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple locations
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Must have experience in F&B industry.
