A Chemical manufacturing company started year 1988 in Japan and was established in the
Philippines year 2014. These products are use for cosmetics, electronics and even industrial applications.
Position: HR & Admin Manager
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing company
Location: San Pascual Batangas
Salary: Php 90,000 negotiable
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Work Set up: on-site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, psychology or any related course.
- With atleast 7 years of work experience as HR & Admin manager.
- With experience handling all facet of HR and Admin role
- knowledgeable in HR/Admin standards and regulatory requirements.
- Can start as soon as possible is a big advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
- Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding
- Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, and other essential records
