Recovery Operation Associate

The Recovery Operation Associate is in charge of investigation and resolving problematic parcels that prevents delivery completion and ensures a timely and accurate resolution.

Main Duties

1. Organizes and handles recovery parcels in the warehouse

2. Investigates problematic parcels and ensures resolution

3. Maintains and updates inventory of parcels

Qualifications:

• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in logistics, warehousing, recovery operations, inventory control, or claims processing is preferred.

• Experience in e-commerce logistics or last-mile operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Chat) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or related operational systems is an advantage.
