Regional Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead regional operations, store performance, and expansion initiatives.
- Drive sales, merchandising, pricing, customer experience, and operational standards.
- Develop regional plans, budgets, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop teams, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Manage vendors, contracts, maintenance, and external business relationships.
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent the company with external partners and key stakeholders.
- Provide performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Travel to stores and other locations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retail, operations, or multi-site management.
- Strong expertise in regional operations, store expansion, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and representation skills when dealing with external partners and organizations
- Experience in strategic planning, network development, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and market trends
- Ability to manage budgets effectively, including marketing and operational expenditures
- Experience in handling customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of contract management, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight
- Proven people leadership, performance management, and team development skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Purchasing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Must have experience in Large-scale Food Retail industry.
