Description - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer requests with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up on escalated issues as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, excellent problem-solving skills, and capability to work well in a team environment
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints
- Working Conditions: Call center environment with flexible working hours
