Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, teamwork orientation, and solid organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow protocols and procedures while engaging with customers.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
