Customer Service Representative

My Uniware Collections Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers shopping on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, shipping updates, and product inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service (e-commerce, retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, chat tools, and CRM or support systems
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
