Description - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the territory.
- Provide leadership and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and drive results.
- Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of competitive landscape and industry developments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in sales management or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and Organizational Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
