Associate Trainer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate Trainer to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Facilitate 7-day training classes and simulation-based training sessions
- Provide guidance and support to trainees by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Enforce the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- Evaluate trainee performance and ensure readiness for deployment to the production floor
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times
- Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as assigned
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve training processes and participant engagement
Job Requirements:
- Proven teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training methods to meet varying needs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
