KEY SKILLS:
- A qualified accountant with expertise in US Taxation .
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
- The ability to develop innovative training materials and deliver compelling sessions.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to supporting professional development.
Qualification and requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, with significant knowledge of American accounting standards and practices as well as US Taxation.
- Experience in a training or educational role within a corporate or academic environment, focusing on complex accounting topics is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced training or teaching certification is an advantage.
SOFTWARE:
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and mentor experienced learners.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire trainees to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in accounting with a focus on American practices.
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks or SAP accounting software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver advanced training.
