HIRING: Recruiter Associate 

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiter Associate to join our in-house recruitment team in Angeles City, Pampanga.

In this role, you'll support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with day-to-day recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

• Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
• Search for potential candidates based on the requirements of each open position
• Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to identify potential applicants
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Assist in posting and updating job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Monitor applications and ensure candidates are properly tracked throughout the recruitment process

Candidate Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability
• Use structured screening questions and recruitment guidelines during candidate interviews
• Prepare clear and accurate recruiter notes and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the recruitment team
• Send interview invitations, reminders, and other recruitment-related communications
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, requirements, and application updates
• Endorse qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiter or next stage of the recruitment process

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases
• Ensure candidate information and recruitment statuses are accurate and up to date
• Assist with recruitment reports and documentation
• Organize recruitment files, interview schedules, and other hiring-related documents
• Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
• Support recruitment activities, campaigns, and hiring initiatives as needed

Team Support

• Work closely with recruiters and other members of the recruitment team to support hiring requirements
• Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
• Follow established recruitment processes and guidelines
• Participate in recruitment meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities
• Stay open to learning new recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of any course; Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related courses are preferred
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative work
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruitment platforms
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets 
• Basic understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, and interview processes

Compensation

• ₱20,000–₱24,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
• 13th Month Pay
• SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG

Work Setup

• 100% Onsite – Angeles City, Pampanga
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Manila Time)
