Position Title: E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate
Work Set-up: WFH
Schedule: 4PM to 1AM PHT (9AM to 6PM UK)
Salary: PH45,000 – PHP55,000
Holidays: UK Holidays


We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and hands-on E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate to join a well-established luxury British leather brand entering an exciting phase of growth.


With nearly 20 years of heritage and craftsmanship behind the business, the brand is now focused on expanding its digital presence, strengthening customer engagement and accelerating online sales.


The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly inside Klaviyo and Shopify, creating and managing email campaigns and automations, updating website content, creating and repurposing social content, editing short-form video, writing marketing copy and blogs, reviewing performance data and proactively identifying opportunities to improve marketing results.


You will work closely with the business owner, but you should be confident managing your own workload, researching ideas and recommending marketing initiatives rather than waiting to be given a daily task list.




Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Ideally 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience; however, candidates with 1+ year of strong relevant e-commerce experience will also be considered.
• Experience personally executing digital marketing activities rather than solely coordinating agencies or external suppliers.
• Strong practical experience using Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, automation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing and updating Shopify stores.
• Experience supporting e-commerce product launches and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience managing social media platforms, with a good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other relevant or emerging social media channels.
• Ability to create and edit engaging Reels and other short-form video content from supplied footage and imagery.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation, design and video editing tools.
• Strong English communication skills, with excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for a British audience.
• Experience writing or assisting with email newsletters, website copy, social media captions and blog content.
• Good understanding of customer journeys, engagement, conversion, retention and repeat-purchase marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation.
• Comfortable reviewing marketing performance and using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Trends or similar platforms.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple ongoing marketing activities, projects and deadlines independently.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership, identify opportunities, research ideas and make suggestions without waiting to be asked.
• Creative thinker who enjoys contributing ideas and exploring new approaches.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing activities support customer engagement, conversion and online sales.
• Comfortable using AI tools as support, while applying independent judgement to ensure content remains natural, accurate and consistent with the brand's British tone of voice.


Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across email, Shopify, social media and website content.
• Create, schedule and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows, including customer segmentation and basic performance monitoring.
• Maintain and update the Shopify website, including products, collections, descriptions, pages, blogs, banners, promotional messaging and seasonal content.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns across email, website and social media, contributing creative and commercially relevant ideas.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms.
• Create, edit and repurpose Reels, Stories and other short-form video content using supplied footage, imagery and brand assets.
• Write and edit customer-facing marketing content, including email newsletters, social media captions, website copy, promotional copy and blogs, ensuring a polished and natural British English tone.
• Draft and publish blog content to support customer engagement and SEO objectives.
• Repurpose existing content across relevant marketing channels to maximise its visibility, use and reach.
• Support paid advertising activities where required through content creation, creative asset preparation and campaign support.
• Monitor basic campaign, marketing and website performance and assist with reporting on key marketing metrics.
• Review engagement and website data and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Research relevant content, campaign and marketing opportunities and proactively suggest ideas to support customer engagement and online sales.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, content initiatives and promotional activities while supporting agreed marketing strategies.
• Manage agreed day-to-day marketing activities independently, taking ownership of priorities and progressing work without requiring constant direction.
