- Assist customers with their selection and purchase decisions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to improve store performance and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, English Language Proficiency, Sales Training, Sales Management
- Qualities and Traits: Team Player, Customer-focused, Adaptable
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requires standing for extended periods
